An ideal house plant that can grow in various levels of light. Fronds are long and unorganized, but have a pleasant, full look to them. Leaves grow 18″ long and take on a feathery look. This palm produces white flowers followed by a small red fruit. It can grow in a pot as a house plant until it reaches about 10′, then should be transplanted outside. outside this palm is low miantenece and can withstand a tempurature drop down to 25⁰F. Grows best in wel drained areas and should not be overwatered.
